Our R-H400 is operated in the Horizontal position for maximum control of large I-Beam bending and includes Three Driven rolls by means of High Torque Planetary Gearbox joined with Three Hydraulic motors.

The PR-10500-4CNC 4 roll plate bending machine is the ultimate in production plate rolling. It has the same bones as its sister models the PR-10500-4 and PR-10500-4NC but incorporates a CNC touchscreen controller that has been specially designed for Baileigh Industrial plate rolls. When designing a CNC for a bending machine, you will encounter considerable challenges, the main one is the tolerance of the yield point of the various materials that are bent: lots of material nominally "identical" to each other, often present results bending quite different.

PR-10500-4NC numerically controlled four roll plate bending machine is the next step in production plate rolling. This 10 foot ½” mild steel machine features a new and evolved numerical control with the following features. This new easy to use touch screen controller has the ability to control three bending axis (X Y Z), two side supports, central support, and the pinching action. It can also store 300 programs with 99 steps each; this is great for those odd shaped jobs that come about.

The PR-10500-4 four roll plate bending machine has been refined over the years through extensive research and development and is considered one of the finest plate rolling machines available in the market. A 4 roll machine is the easiest, quickest, rolling machine to operate thanks to its ability to pinch the plate between the 2 central driven rolls, pre-bend the leading edge, and rolling the body of the part along with the trailing edge all in one direction and in one pass.
