Baileigh Industrial’s BP-3360 NC hydraulic brake press has a very heavy electro welded frame of solid plate steel making this a very rigid machine that runs so smoothly in production.  To aid with rigidity the beam is stabilized by 3 axis bearings sliding on several extremely hardened stabilization tracks and is further stabilized by a unique parallel mechanism.

This sheet metal bender is a two axis NC (numerically controlled) unit that uses encoders on the upper beam and the back gauge. Their positions are displayed on their own DRO (digital readouts).  Fine tuning of both axis is by independent hand wheels.  The back gauge has manual metered adjustments to the height of the back gauge as well.

To ensure accuracy this two axis NC sheet metal bender has encoder controls tied to separate DRO's (digital readouts) for the positioning of the upper beam's downward stroke and the positioning of the back gauge.  Both positions can be finitely adjusted by separate hand wheels.  The upper position or throat opening of the top beam can also be easily adjusted in seconds.
