The BS-700SA semi-automatic bandsaw from Baileigh Industrial takes them to new heights in industrial band saws. The BS-700SA column style band saw is the perfect saw for those shops that cut large stock all day long and need a bandsaw that won’t quit. With its 27.5” round cutting capacity there isn’t much the BS-700SA won’t cut.

Baileigh industrial’s BS-800SA semi-automatic band saw is one step above when it comes to craftsmanship and quality. As with all saws from Baileigh Industrial, the BS-800SA semi-automatic column band saw comes with all the important options that a shop could want. It features a unique hydraulic carbide guide system, a powered chip brush for longer blade life, and an automatic chip removal device as well. An inverter driven variable speed system is also standard on the BS-800SA.

Need a little more capacity than the BS-20SA-DM, but want to keep all the great features? Enter the BS-24SA-DM. Baileigh Industrial took many of the ideas that were already in place with the BS-20 series band saws and applied them to the BS-24 series. The BS-24SA-DM is a dual mitering semi automatic bandsaw with the capability to miter 60 degrees left and right with its swivel head. But even though it can miter both ways capacity was not sacrificed. The BS-24SA-DM can cut a full 18” round at 90 degrees and has a 15" x 24" rectangle capacity as well.

If you need to cut steel all day, every day, then the BS-360SA semi-automatic column band saw is for you. The BS-360SA from Baileigh Industrial offers a huge 14” x 22” rectangle capacity. Like all Baileigh Industrial band saws, this single column saw is built with the highest quality components. The BS-360SA features a fully cast iron vise and bow that are machined to exacting tolerances to ensure that the cuts are as precise as possible. Fully sealed ball bearings are used as blade guides to ensure proper tracking of the blade on the BS-360SA.

Baileigh semi-automatic Band Saw BS-20SA-DM

We built this semi-automatic band saw with a cast iron bow and steel frame to offer decades of reliable quality. Its hydraulic system will speed up production and save you effort.

• Accepts a 1.25” blade (included). The large size makes faster and more accurate cuts.
• Dual-mitering band saw can move 45° left and 60° right. Just push or pull the head to the right angle.
• Inverter drive allows for infinite blade speed adjustments from 69 to 306 fpm.

The BS-330SA semi-automatic bandsaw from Baileigh Industrial is based off of the BS-330M that has has been a mainstay in our lineup since it was introduced in 2005. Because of its great history, this saw will provide years of trouble free use in any environment. The BS-330SA uses an industrial grade hydraulic system to clamp the vise, lower the head, and raise the head back up after the cut is done. This system greatly improves productivity.

The BS-330M manual bandsaw from Baileigh Industrial has been a mainstay in our lineup since it was introduced in 2005. This saw will provide years of trouble free use in any environment. The BS-330M has a maximum capacity of 13” OD round, but can cut up to 13" x 18½" rectangle when stood upright. The Blade speed on the BS-330M is variable form 82 to 270 feet per minute. This allows the operator to set the speed at the perfect fpm for the material being cut. The 3 hp motor on the BS-330M is powered by 220 volt 3 phase power for more reliability and efficiency over single phase.

The BS-350SA semi-automatic band saw is the perfect saw in shops where light production is normal. The BS-350SA runs on 220V single phase power and has a cutting capacity of 10-1/2”, but the best part of the BS-350SA is that is has a full cast iron head and bow can miter 60 degrees right and 45 degrees left.

Based on the BS-260M the BS-260SA semi-automatic band saw offers more production and faster turnaround times. The reason that a semi-automatic saw is good for more production runs is that the clamping of the material as well as the raising a lowering of the saw head are automatic and controlled by a foot pedal. This is all controlled by a industrial grade hydraulic system that runs on 220 Volt Single phase power.
