Flagler Collar Machines

This machine will form the spin pocket, then crimp, bead, and coil the parts from 4" - 16" diameters in 24 Ga. and lighter galvanized steel. Machine runs at 100 fpm, had adjustable outrigger guide and movable crimp and beading dies for variable width parts. Choose from a 6" wide or 12" wide model. Add the optional front end notching station to prevent having to prenotch the blanks.
