Huth Swagers and Expanders

Mounted on its own easy wheeling cart, Huth's Model 1674 portable expander equips you to use all existing Huth expanding tooling. Now with the powerful 5" cylinder you can expand tubing from 3" up to, and larger than 6" diameter, 3" deep. The large tray allows you to keep your tooling within easy reach. Just wheel the 1674 to where the work is.

Swage, reduce, end form, flare, or expand tubing anywhere you want. Mounted on its own easy-wheeling cart, Huth's Model 1673 Portable Swager/Expander equips you to form ball joints, slip joints, flares and flanges and perform doming and reducing anywhere in your shop. We also have benchtop versions.

Just wheel the 1691 to the job and put Huth’s expanding power to work. Quickly and easily size muffler end tubes and pipes anywhere in your shop. The 1691 comes with the tooling for expanding capacity from 1½” to 3½”. Additional tooling gives you expanding capacity from 1” to 5½”.

The 1690’s compact design allows it to fit on your bench-top while the foot pedal gives you hands-free operation. Quickly and easily size muffler end tubes and pipes. The 1690 comes with the tooling shown above for expanding capacity from 1½” to 3½”. Additional tooling gives you expanding capacity from 1” to 5½”.

Set to operate at 3200 psi (shop air pressure between 80 and 120 psi maximum - air regulator included in package) this pint-sized power-house puts 17,000 pounds of expanding force in your hands. Mitey Mate Jr. also comes with tooling to expand 1-1/2" to 2-1/2" I.D. mufflers and pipes (3", 3-1/2" or 4" capability with additional tooling).
