Bead Rollers

The BR-16E-36 bead roller has a large 36” throat depth with integrated adjustable depth stop. The Baileigh Industrial BR-16E-36 uses an open concept working area to enable large sheets of sheet metal as well as panels with radii already in them to have beads or steps applied. The BR-16E-36 also has a unique quick release top die that maintains it’s forming depth. Because it maintains the correct depth of the top die, the BR-16E-36 bead roller allows the operator to begin or end a design in the middle of the panel without having to worry if the depth is set correct. Forming depth is adjusted by a large hand wheel located just above the working area so it is easily accessible for adjustment on the fly.

The BR-18E-24 power bead roll has a capacity of 16 gauge mild steel and 14 gauge aluminum. Powered by 110V this variable speed bead roller is perfect for most beading applications. The 24” throat depth is perfect for putting beads in 4’x 8’ sheets of sheet metal but is compact enough to make even the most intricate beading patterns. The frame is made from heavy plate steel that is fully welded for further rigidity. The bead depth is adjustable via the top roll. Baileigh Industrial offers many sets of tooling for the BR-18E-24 bead roll and the shaft diameter is ¾” and will fit most commercially available roll sets.

Baileigh Industrial's line of bead rollers now has something for everyone. The BR-18M-24 bead roller is a manually operated bead roller based off of their popular BR-18E-24. This bead roller is made from of a heavy steel framework that is electro welded for further rigidity. It has a 24" throat depth for almost any application, but is compact enough to make even the most demanding beading patterns. The BR-18M-24 manual bead roller has a capacity of 18 gauge mild steel and 16 gauge aluminum. The bead depth is adjustable via the top roll.

Just getting started in metal forming or just looking for an inexpensive alternative to having your panels beaded by somebody else?  The BR-18M-18 bead roller could just be the perfect solution.  Made from plate steel the BR-18M-18  has an 18" throat depth making it perfect for strengthening any type of panel such as roof, deck, and hoods.  This bead roller is manually operated by a hand crank that drives both the bottom and top bead rolls.  A depth of bead can be altered by a simple top roll adjustment.

The BF-035 bead former from Baileigh Industrial makes short work of hose beads on all types of tubing and is great for fuel, radiator, and intake lines.  The BF-035 is a manual bead former for 3/8 inch Outer Diameter tubing with a maximum wall thickness of .035” and can be bench or vise mounted with the included blocks.  To make even faster work, the BF-035 has a removable handle that allows the user to adapt a 1/4 inch square socket.
