Tube and Pipe Notchers

The vise of the TN-600 has V-Jaws for a tight grip of the material and is perfect for light gauge to heavy gauge material. The vice is also self centering vise so the material can be changed over quickly and start in the proper position on the belt. The material is fed into the belt on the TN-600 by a smooth rail system. The system has an adjustable stop for repeatability. The vise also features a large degree dial to reference the degree of the notch more easily.

Abrasive style belt notchers have been around for a long time and over that time many have tried, Baileigh Industrial included, coming up with something better. And while the newer machines did do some things better, no one was able to replace the abrasive notcher entirely. They are perfect for thin wall tubing as well as getting the job done fast, really fast with a perfect cope.

The TN-300 can notch from 1/2" to 3" tube and 1/2" to 2-1/2" Schedule 40 Pipe. The vise has a quick release so different notch angles can be set up in a second or two and locked in with a solid taper lock. A large degree wheel for indexing the vise is also included.
