1 - Locking Handle - The full-loop locking handle evenly and securely locks the brake by pushing the handle away from the user. This allows the handle to be out of the way when locked and not interfere with the material when bending larger pieces
2 - POWERlock Bar - The upper jaw of the Metal Master series brake features reinforced gussets and hollows in the extrusion and a stainless steel bending edge, providing stronger and more consistent clamping pressure for crisp, clean bends without oil canning or warping
3 - Cam Locking System - Van Mark has engineered the most effective and practical method for locking material on a bending brake. The patented design consists of an aluminum cam and Ultra High Molecular Weight polyethylene wedge
4 - Military Grade Aluminum Castings - Each clamping station combines two military grade aluminum castings to provide strong and solid clamping pressure. This design has been time tested and proven to endure
5 - Dual Support Base Rails - All Van Mark brakes come standard with two full base rail extrusions that provide a solid foundation. The unique shape of the frame rails inhibits twisting and torquing while bending
6 - POWERslot Hinge - A durable, slotted hinge design that auto-measures a 5/8 in. hem or flange with ease. The slotted design allows the hinge to be positioned closer in to the bending point to provide more leverage on high-effort bends like a full hem, or further away to allow clearance for tighter reverse bends
7 - Full Loop Bending Handles - The loop-style handles allow for straighter, more even bends with one-hand operation and are ideal for bending and hemming full length pieces
8 - Master Stand EZ (Included) - The Master Stand features a low-profile extended platform to keep the brake firmly planted under the heaviest of bending operations. Center-positioned wheels can be engaged to provide balanced and easy mobility
