The Van Mark Trim-A-Brake II model T850 is a lightweight portable bending brake designed to provide durability and versatility. Ideal for custom forming aluminum, galvanized steel, copper and other metals in coil or sheets for residential siding, roofing, window and gutter installation. The T850 bends aluminum trim coil and light gauge steel with ease and features a toggle locking system with single point adjustment for worry free, low-maintenance operation. The Trim-A-Brake II T850 is a superior entry-level brake for light duty, basic applications. The T850 is very popular brake with window and door installers and in the DIY market.

- Rigid I-Beam base rails ensure that the brake stays in calibration
- Quick release full loop bending handle provides uniform bending along the entire length
- Adjustable material stops allow repeat bending without re-measuring
- 3/8” tall jaw opening

- Traditional fixed hinge system of 3/4 in. or larger bends

Note that the Trim-A-Brake II series brakes are not designed to perform a hem bend (180 degrees), a requirement for creating most common shapes and profiles seen below. If you are needing to hem your metal, all Van Mark Trim Master and Metal Master series brakes are capable of hemming.
