The Super Brake, 10ft 6 inches long, is designed using proven technologies and extensive research. Primarily designed for roofing and siding for residential and commercial construction. Capable of easily bending aluminum trim coil, architectural copper, and up to 29 ga. painted steel into sill trim, chimney flashing, soffit, window casing, fascia, brick mold and more.
Leader Tool's floating hinge design allows for tighter bends down to ⅝ of an inch or less. The floating hinge feathers individual stick handles for easy bending. This allows the Super Brake to preload the bend more efficiently.
The Super Brake features a rotating cam-lobe to self-adjust for a variety of metals. Saving you setup time from job site to job site. The cam-lobes ride on smooth UHMW wedges. The wedges can be adjusted to user preference. Once adjusted the tight wedges locking system rarely needs to be readjust.
Super Brake has a long loop handle on top for easy locking. The stick handles for bending are easily removed and stored on the top of the cam-tube to prevent loss on the job site and easier transportation. The full frame brake has a flush bottom to easily slide into a truck for transportation.
The top lock bar features integrated tracks for a variety of accessories, like the Leader Tool SS-24 Super Slitter.
The full frame rail has integrated slots allowing for mounting of accessories. With full frame ladder frame construction as opposed to unibody construction the Super Brake durable and rigid construction. The Leader Tool Super Brake weighs no more than any other brake in the industry of this caliber.
