With the same working base as the versatile PL-1236E lathe, the PL-1236E-DRO takes the platform one step further by adding an industrial grade digital readout system for improved accuracy and efficiency. The PL-1236E-DRO is still a great metal lathe for anyone that is looking an economical lathe that is high in quality and easy to use.
Powered by a 220v system the Baileigh Industrial PL-1236E-DRO can operate in just about any shop. Because of this, as well as the integrated digital readout, the PL-1236E-DRO is the perfect choice for small fabricators, schools, or garages.
The PL-1236E-DRO has an easy to use gear system that allows for taping, turning, and polishing with a range of 9 speeds from 70 to 1400 RPM. To ensure that all cuts are precise, all ways are ground and hardened to ensure long life. They also have adjustable gibs to make sure they slide as free as possible with no binding.
The PL-1236E-DRO lathe is packed with feature that make this a winning lathe, these features include, digital read out, three and four jaw chucks, steady rest, follow rest, face plate, live center, foot brake, coolant system, and halogen work light.
